Police are searching for a Troy woman who was last seen visiting a friend at the Brundidge Retirement Center.
53-year-old Willie Mae McGuire Slaughter was last seen October 29th and family members have not seen or heard from her since.
Her disappearance is especially concerning because she depends on seizure medication.
Authorities have tried to find her using helicopters and search teams. Family members and friends have posted fliers and searched by foot. But all the efforts are turning up very few leads.
Troy Police Sgt. Benny Scarbrough says to "let us know of any knowledge of any time an individual saw her. Small things to a lot of people may not seem to be important, but to us, it may be very critical."
Authorities have not yet determined if foul play was involved. And right now, there are no suspects in connection with her disappearance.
Mrs. Slaughter was last seen driving a 1990 blue Geo Prizm with Alabama license plate number 55B358P.
