The International Association of Machinists are accusing Pemco World Air Services of punishing not only workers, but their families.
Several workers filed for unemployment but were denied, with the state citing that anyone who is in a labor dispute is not eligible.
The development drove union leadership to again ask Pemco to let workers back in while negotiations continue.
The two sides have not met for negotiations in over a week.
Raymond Bennett, President of Pemco World Air Services says Pemco has not heard from the union on their counter proposals since then.
