Police said 28-year-old Shanna Landry was traveling at a high rate of speed on State Road 8 about nine and a half miles from DeFuniak Springs.
Landry lost control and slid off the median, rolled over several times and eventually ran into some trees.
Landry was rushed to a Florida hospital where she was pronounced dead.
