The Dale County Health Department will be giving Flu Shots to persons at highest risk of complications from influenza, on Tuesday, October 18th from 12 Noon to 4 pm at the Dale County Health Department.
Those at high risk include persons 65 years of age and older, adults and children with chronic disorders of the pulmonary or cardiovascular systems, chronic metabolic disease, renal dysfunction, immunosupression, persons with HIV, health care providers, providers of home care to persons at risk and household members of persons in high-risk groups.
The clinic for flu shots for the general population will be on Tuesday, November 8th from 8 am to 4 pm at the Perry Recreation Center.
Medicare Part B and Medicaid will be accepted or there will be a $5 charge. Please bring your card.
