A woman charged with capital murder for allegedly killing her own baby claims she's being set up by other inmates at the Houston County Jail.
Tierra Gobble was arrested last December after her four-month old baby died from blunt force trauma to the head.
Prosecutors have obtained two letters allegedly written by Gobble while in jail.
They allegedly contain a confession to the crime.
But prosecutors claim the letters were written by two other female inmates who have something to gain by lying.
They’ve received permission to hire a hand-writing expert to prove their point.
Gobble’s trial is scheduled to start September 12th.
