Thursday just before 8 p.m. a concerned family called the Covington County Police Department to report a missing family member.
Unofficial reports show 78-year-old Robert Bush, an avid hunter in the Andalusia area, has been missing since Thursday night.
His family is concerned because he usually returns before dark in order to take his medication. They believe that he may have gone hunting because his bird dog is missing, also.
After a brief search, a group was formed and they begin to search the areas he hunts.
