Authorities say a New York City native who recently moved to Geneva County went on a rampage Tuesday night.
Following a reported argument, 52-year-old John Polcastro allegedly tried to set a neighbor's house on fire.
Once authorities arrived, Polcastro reportedly kicked out the windshield of a Samson Police car.
When back-up officers arrived, Polcastro kicked out the windshield of a Geneva County deputy's vehicle.
He faces a host of charges including arson, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
He is also said to have a long record of felony arrests in New York.
He remains behind bars at the Geneva County Jail.
