"Goen Seminars" is giving you the chance to fulfill your New Year's resolution.
Seminars will be held Wednesday and Thursday at Marco's Restaurant and Pub in Dothan. There will be two sessions each day. The first starts at noon and the second at 7 p.m.

The two and a half hour seminars are a combination of educational and nutritional information with hypnosis to trigger the subconscious mind and eliminate your desire to eat unhealthy food or smoke.
