A Panama City judge has ruled that a 19-year-old man is mentally incompetent to stand trial for the decapitation murder of his estranged wife.
Blake Collier's trial is being postponed until another hearing on August 2nd to track his progress at a mental hospital.
He will also be examined to determine if he was insane when the crime was committed.
Collier is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 18-year-old Lennia Hing.
Her headless body was discovered March 30th in a wooded area in Panama City, and her head was found nearby almost three months later.
