A judge has ordered the release of a Dutch teen-ager who has been jailed for nearly three months in the disappearance of an Alabama honors student and says he will be freed this weekend.
Paul van der Sloot's father says the judge ruled there was no reason to hold his son, Joran, any longer on suspicion of murder but the youth remained a suspect in the sexual assault of Natalee Holloway.
Government officials could not immediately confirm the report.
