It may be a while before another suspect in a Dothan robbery case is brought back to the Circle City to face charges.
Authorities in Florida say Donald Boyd was on parole for burglary at the time of his arrest and could be headed back to prison.
The 40-year-old Marianna man is accused of robbing a Dothan convenience store before wrecking his car earlier this week.
It happened Monday night on Third Avenue.
The car plunged into a creek and Boyd took off.
He was arrested in Florida and is now in the Jackson County Jail.
