Pemco Negotiations

A 17-day standoff between union employees and a Dothan aviation company continues to soften, with negotiations now taking place with management and workers.

The International Association of Machinists tells News 4 that talks between their leadership and that of Pemco World Air Services moved along well yesterday and the sides will continue to communicate today.

Union workers were locked out of Pemco a little over two weeks ago.

That move followed the threat of a strike after the union rejected a new contract offer.
