If someone comes to your door to sell you steaks, beware.
A Bonifay couple was burglarized last Wednesday and officials believe it was all a part of an unusual sales scam.
On Wednesday August 10th, around 3:00 pm, Judy and M.C. Ward of Bonifay received three visitors at their door.
The trio was posing as salesman trying to offer the couple frozen steaks and seafood for about 150 dollars a box.
After the couple declined the purchase, one of the suspects asked to use their restroom.
Little did the Ward's know that the three so called salesmen were scoping out their property.
The suspects were driving a red Nissan truck, possibly with a Florida tag.
If you think you have seen these people, please contact the Holmes County Crime Stoppers at 1-866-689-TIPS.
