A Northwest Florida landmark is destroyed by fire.
A pre-dawn fire reduced the Holiday Restaurant in Bonifay to rubble.
Bonifay volunteer firefighters responded to a fully engulfed fire at 2:30 a.m. Thursday.
Flames from the restaurant shot more than 20-feet into the air.
It’s believed an electrical short caused the fire.
Owner, Steve Gardner, plans to rebuild as soon as possible.
