One person is taken to the hospital after a mugging in Geneva.
It happened just after midnight Tuesday near the intersection of Mulkey Avenue and Trinity Street.
A Hispanic male was reportedly walking down the road when the suspect jumped from behind some nearby bushes. The robber ordered the victim to turn over his wallet.
When the victim said he wasn't carrying any cash, the robber then reportedly began punching and kicking him.
The victim was treated and released for bruises and lacerations at an area hospital.
Authorities say they do "not" have any description of the suspect.
