An Elba teen-ager is now charged with vehicular homicide in the April death of an elderly New Brockton woman.
Authorities say 18-year-old Billy Samuel Pulliam is responsible for the fatal accident which claimed the life of Evelyn Purvis.
Police say Pulliam was driving the pick-up truck which broadsided the 78-year-old victim's car.
It happened at the intersection of Highway 134 and Coffee County Road 545.
The Coffee County Commission and state DOT will install a caution light at the intersection.
