Deadlocked jurors return today for their thirteenth day of deliberations in the trial of HealthSouth founder and fired CEO Richard Scrushy.
Jurors took a four day break because two members had vacation trips that were paid in advance.
Almost two weeks ago, a jury foreman sent a note saying they could not reach a verdict on any of the 36 counts against Scrushy, but Federal Judge Karon Bowdre ordered the panel to continue talking.
Scrushy is accused of orchestrating a huge fraud at the medical services company over a seven year period
