Thirty-year-old Nichole Tamara Hewitt-Melikjanyan is charged with murder in the death of 24-year-old Jessie James McCloud .

The siblings' father, Lyle McCloud, told police the two had began arguing in the kitchen early Sunday in Shalimar east of Pensacola.
