The attorney for two former security guards arrested in the disappearance of 18-year-old Natalee Holloway says his clients are being investigated for murder and kidnapping.
Authorities earlier today (Tuesday) said they had not ruled out accidental death in the case of the missing Mountain Brook teenager. But they haven't said they believe she was a victim of foul play.
A judge will determine tomorrow (Wednesday) whether authorities
have enough evidence to continue to hold the two men. Defense lawyer Chris Lejeuz says they have not yet been charged and they
deny any connection to Holloway.
He says he was told of the allegations by judicial authorities as he met with his clients.
Holloway disappeared over a week ago while on a senior trip to Aruba with more than 100 classmates and seven chaperones. She never showed up for the group's return flight.
