A jury has been picked to decide whether a Panama City man should die for the beating death of his girlfriend.
Earlier this year, Christopher Offord entered a guilty plea to first-degree murder.
The 12-member jury will recommend either life in prison or death by lethal injection.
He is fighting that, claiming Florida’s death penalty is unconstitutional.
Offord is accused of beating Dana Noser to death at her home last July.
They argued because she wanted to cuddle and he wanted to watch highlights of a Mike Tyson boxing match.
