A ruling has been reversed, and bond has been set at $250,000 for a Dothan man accused of killing a cross-dresser earlier this month.
Nineteen-year-old Steven Antonio Kyles was denied bail last week.
On April 27, investigators discovered he was free on bond after shooting a nine-millimeter gun into a home.
Kyles is charged with killing Alonzo Nickson, after what investigators say, was an argument over money.
