This past Tuesday marked the two month anniversary of the brutal murders of a young mother and her three children in their Marianna apartment.
The case remains unsolved, but state and local investigators continue to work around the clock on the case.
Authorities describe the death of 19-year old Danielle Baker and her three young children as one of the most gruesome crime scenes they've ever encountered. Ms. Baker was fatally shot. The children, the youngest being only three weeks old, died of suffocation and their faces were covered with duct tape.
Marianna Police Chief Lou Roberts says more than five thousand pieces of evidence have been gathered and the case has been given top-priority by Governor Bush's office.
Authorities will remain vigilant
