Authorities said foreman Dymon Reed of Graceville died after falling into a cement container in Queens.

Investigators said he was delivering a dry cement additive to the St. Lawrence Cement Company in Flushing Saturday afternoon.

While checking on the pump system, Reed fell and got caught in the container. Officials believe he died of suffocation. The New York Police Department's Emergency Service Unit recovered Reed's body about three hours after the accident.

Reed worked for Dann Ocean Towing Incorporated, which is a Tampa-based company, for 12 years.
