The jury determined that Toy Box Too is partially responsible for the death of Attorney Brian Dowling.
Dowling was run over while jogging on Bethlehem Road near Pinkard in April of 2000.
Police said Anthony Harp was driving the car that hit Dowling. Harp's car ran off the road and plunged into a creek a couple of miles from where Dowling was killed.
Harp was initially charged with drunk driving, but he eventually pled guilty to murder.
Harp visited Toy Box Too the night Dowling was killed. The club's operator claims Harp was OK when he left the bar.
Jurors determined the nightclub should pay $10 million in damages. They also said Harp should pay the Dowling estate $15 million.
