Holmes County EMS employees are making criminal allegations against their boss.

Ten of the department's 12 full-time employees have signed a petition asking for EMS Director Wilburn Baker's removal.

They said that Baker has used his supervisor's position to pay himself thousands of dollars in false overtime expenses. There are also allegations of harassment and unfair labor practices.

The Holmes County Commission did not take any action on Baker's employment, but many of Baker's employees are trying to bring the state attorney's office into the investigation.
