Panama City authorities are wondering why a mother dropped her baby off on the doorstep of the police department late Wednesday night.
Officials don't have much information.
But they do know the baby girl is in good health and now they are looking for relatives who may be able to offer some insight into this case.
Police say the baby was left in front of the building around 10:45 pm.
Medical technicians checked the baby out and say the three-to-six month old girl appears to be in good health.
