Two Enterprise brothers have been arrested and are in the Geneva County Jail.
Authorities said the men may be responsible for a half-dozen home invasions across the Wiregrass.
Twenty-one-year-old Christopher Dalrymple and 18-year-old John Dalrymple are each charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft of merchandise.
They're each being held under $80,000 bond.
Geneva County Sheriff Greg Ward credits the quick actions of a victim for helping break the case. The individual was able to get the license plate number of the suspect's vehicle.
Ward said early estimates place the value of the items stolen at more than $70,000.
The brothers are also being looked at for similar break-ins in both Coffee and Dale Counties.
Because of the upcoming holiday season, Ward expects similar crimes to happen. He is encouraging people to lock their doors and windows and to watch out for any suspicious individuals or activities in the neighborhoods.
