To the relief of motorists statewide -- Triple-A Alabama's daily survey shows gasoline prices continuing a downward trend.
Regular unleaded now averages two-dollars-19 cents; mid-grade fuel is about two-dollars-34 cents; and premium hovers around two-dollars 41 cents a gallon.
Triple-A said prices are down almost a penny in yesterday's survey and about four-cents less from a week ago.
The survey finds Birmingham continues to have the cheapest regular average at two-dollars 16 cents. Huntsville area gas stations maintained the most expensive prices for regular at two-dollars 22 cents.
