Authorities say they're "almost positive" that they've found the body of a 13-year-old girl who's been missing for a week.
A body with a green arm cast that appeared to match Sarah Marie
Lunde's description was found partially submerged in a pond about a
half mile from her home. Sarah had a bright green half cast on her left arm from a wrist injury.
Hillsborough County Sheriff David Gee says he believes the body had been in the pond since shortly after Sarah disappeared. Gee said searchers are still looking for articles of clothing she might have been wearing.
Sarah was last seen April ninth after returning home from a church trip. She was reported missing Monday, when her mother learned the teen wasn't at a friend's house.
A registered sex offender the mother once dated has drawn investigators' attention. But Gee has not called him a suspect.
