A Dothan man has been acquitted on a child rape charge again.
It’s the second time Claud Ratliff has been cleared of sex crimes involving patients at Ramsey Youth Services Center in Dothan. The first time was in March of 2001.
The center is a facility that deals with at-risk teenagers and troubled children and Ratliff was an employee there.
Ratliff was accused of raping a 12-year-old patient.
On Thursday, a jury found Ratliff not guilty after about 15 minutes of deliberations.
Ratliff was also accused of raping another patient where he worked, but he was acquitted on that charge four years ago.
