Gov. Don Siegelman is considering calling a special legislative session to decide his disputed race with Republican Bob Riley.
District 96 Representative Republican Randy Davis said there's not much enthusiasm for having lawmakers decide the race. He thinks the matter should be decided by the courts.
Siegelman filed for a recount in Mobile county Tuesday. His request for a recount was denied.
Two counties, Russell and Tuscaloosa, are expected to be the first counties to recount ballots starting Thursday morning.
