A Wisconsin man is being held without bail in the Easter shooting death of a Panama City Beach policeman.
Sergeant Kevin Kight was shot twice during a traffic stop along a busy street lined with beachfront hotels and condominiums crowded with spring break visitors. He was married and had a four-year-old son.
Police say the suspect, 22-year-old Robert Bailey of Milwaukee, has a criminal record. He was arrested near a motel several miles west of the shooting scene.
