Fatal Accident in Dale County

One person is dead after a car accident in Dale County Wednesday night.

It happened around 9 p.m. on County Road 18.

Authorities aren't saying much, but we do know two vehicles were involved.

Traffic was diverted on a detour around the accident.

The K-9 unit was on the scene.

Officials wouldn't allow cameras close to the accident.

Alabama State Troopers are still investigating the accident.
