The "Choose Life" license plates have lost a round in the U.S. Supreme Court and that could affect your ability to get those plates here.
The justices decided not to hear a South Carolina case in which a lower court ruled the plates violate the first amendment because pro-choice supporters weren't allowed to make similar tags.
The Supreme Court’s decision means South Carolina will either have to get rid of the specialty plates or offer the same opportunity to pro-choice groups.
"Choose Life" plates are also offered here in Alabama.
