Houston County maintenance crews are working on County Road 203.
Major construction is being done in an effort to maintain falling trees and limbs that could possibly cause problems during weather.
The road is also being resurfaced.
"No Thru Traffic" signs are posted, but there are no detour signs.
The project is moving about eight-tenths of a mile each day, so Assistant County Engineer Mark Holloway says detour signs would only confuse drivers.
If you need assistance, you may ask one of the workers.
The construction is heading South toward Rehobeth Elementary.
