PENSACOLA, Fla. (AP) - Escambia County, Florida, authorities say a man is facing charges after firing a gun near a baby boy he was holding.
Authorities say the boy was cut in the lip and cheek after Demetrius Grace fired the gun. He was taken to a hospital.
Grace is facing charges of aggravated battery, aggravated child abuse and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He also had two outstanding warrants.
