With Enterprise along a major evacuation route, it seems many South Floridians have discovered Coffee County.
This week, the go ahead was given for phases one and two at the newly created Millcreek Subdivision near the Geneva County line.
It’s one of more than a dozen large developments taking place across Coffee County.
Since four hurricanes ravaged the Sunshine State in 2004, Enterprise realtor Leigh Rogers says the demand for land is unreal.
With the demand for land in Coffee County, realtors say the prices for lots are starting to go up dramatically.
