Authorities are hoping autopsy results will explain why a man was found dead in his truck upside down in 10 feet of water.
Last Friday morning in Panama City, a boater spotted a submerged truck in the water near the paper mill bridge on East Avenue.
Rescue workers found the body of a 60-year-old Parker man inside.
Police believe the victim was driving the truck North on the abandoned railroad tracks next to the bridge when the truck rolled off into the water.
The condition of the body led police to believe the crash may have happened sometime within the past few days.
