Governor's Mansion

Montgomery authorities said a homeless man burglarized the chief executive's home.

Tommy Killingsworth was arrested for the break-in. He is now in jail because he managed to elude state troopers and security cameras and eventually stole $5 worth of food.

Gov. Don Siegelman and his family were not home at the time. The governor is in Korea on an industrial recruitment trip.

Killingsworth has a history of minor criminal offenses, including possession of moonshine back in 1995.
