A suspected con man has been arrested and the Houston County Sheriff's Department wants to know if any more victims are out there somewhere.
Sixty-year-old Irby Jordan faces two counts of theft by deception.
Sheriff Lamar Glover says Jordan allegedly conned one woman out of $1,300 by claiming to be a private investigator.
Jordan allegedly told another woman he could get her daughter out of a Florida prison. That scheme cost the victim nearly $13,000 and the daughter is still behind bars.
Sheriff Glover says anyone who did business with Jordan and feels they may have been conned should contact his office.
