A Panama City man makes his first court appearance today facing two counts of attempted murder.
Police arrested 22-year-old Jeffery Lamar King of Panama City yesterday (Tuesday).
The arrest stems from a shooting that took place on Tuesday, February 22nd at the intersection of West 17th Street and Flowers Avenue in Panama City.
An investigation revealed King fired numerous gunshots into a vehicle occupied by David Murphree and Nesco Carter.
Murphree was struck by one of the bullets in the left torso. He was taken to a local hospital for medical treatment and later released.
Carter was not injured
