This spring you will begin to see some prominent changes to your Alabama driver's license.
The changes are a result of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
The new licenses will have more than 20 different security features, making it harder for people to duplicate them.
One of the most noticeable changes will be driver's licenses for people under 21.
They will be vertical instead of horizontal.
Officials say the changes could help reduce underage drinking and prevent identity theft.
