Angela Turner, the Daleville woman charged with murdering 18-year-old Antoinette Jobson on Christmas Eve, is still trying to get out of the Houston County Jail.
Turner was in court Monday asking that her bond be waived, after she was put in jail on "no bond."
She says she wanted behavioral treatment; however, Judge John Steensland denied her request.
Her attorney, public defender Eric Davis, tells News 4 that he'll be filing a motion for a formal bond hearing.
He’s also filed a motion asking for a preliminary hearing in the case.
A date has not been set.
