This morning a community is up in arms, after finding a man convicted of driving under the influence has been released on parole.
Michael Anderson Stokes was in Judge Lawson Little's court Tuesday asking for a second chance at probation.
After completing a drug program, within 60 days of being released, Stokes was in prison again, and reportedly got three DUIs.
However, District Attorney Doug Valeska prosecuted the case, and says Stokes' sentence is well deserved.
Stokes probation has now been revoked.
