The Amber Alert issued for two Panhandle brothers has been canceled.
Springfield police sergeant Lamar Hobbs says two-year-old Caleb
Howard and seven-year-old David have been found in Walton County
and are in good condition.
The boys were taken from a home near Panama City by their 26-year-old mother Angela Howard and 36-year-old Steve Buchanan in a white Mercury.
Hobbs says the mother was taken to the hospital after her arrest in Walton County for unknown health reasons. She is charged with interference with custody, burglary and battery. Buchanan is charged with interference with custody.
Authorities in Florida, Georgia and Alabama were on the look out for the boys after an Amber Alert was issued.
Springfield police say the brothers had been removed from Howard's care two weeks ago by the state Department of Children and Families and placed in the care of their great aunt and uncle.
