Being behind bars during the holidays is often a prison sentence for the families of those incarcerated.
However, Tuesday night, some 65 children of inmates at the Geneva County Jail have new toys.
The Geneva High School Anchor Club raised the funds to buy the gifts for a Jail Family Christmas.
The students, Geneva Mayor Karen Simmons, along with members of the Retired Volunteers Association helped distribute the presents.
But, maybe the best gift; family members were able to talk to their loved ones' behind bars.
