Two people are now in jail on drug charges.
Twenty-four-year-old Douglas Campbell and 26-year-old Latasha Miller are charged with possession of a controlled substance.
But more charges could follow after investigators searched their Dothan home.
In addition to finding more jewelry taken in a Hodgesville Road burglary, officers also seized more than $300 in uncut counterfeit bills and seven ounces of crack cocaine.
The fake money will be turned over to the U.S. Secret Service and the suspects could face federal charges.
Sheriff Lamar Glover said the suspects told investigators they were using the counterfeit money to make change on drug deals.
