The Covington County grand jury investigation into a controversial October shooting has been postponed once again.
This month's grand jury was supposed to look into the details of the fatal shooting of Aaron Shaw.
Last October, the 43-year-old man was reportedly handcuffed and shot by police outside a Florala housing project.
The shooting stirred emotions in Florala’s African American community.
Sources tell News 4 the grand jury investigation has been pushed back to June.
The toxicology results of the autopsy are reportedly incomplete and authorities say those results are needed before the case can proceed.
