In Florida, a man accused of killing a sheriff's deputy and injuring two others is in jail.
Twenty-nine-year-old Jason Lee Wheeler was captured Wednesday in Lake County after a daylong manhunt.
He was wounded in a gun fight with the officers who captured him in the woods about six miles from his home in rural Lake County.
The 33-year-old deputy had been with the sheriff's office since last May. He is survived by a wife and two children.
