Twenty-six-year-old Johnny Grace, Jr. was arrested in January along with three other suspects.

They're accused of tying up a Henry County farmer and his wife at gunpoint and stealing a safe from their home last December.

Grace has already been convicted and sentenced to 20 years in prison for two similar crimes in Barbour County.

A verdict in Grace's case is expected later this week. If he's convicted, he could get up to life in prison.

Meanwhile, Grace is still waiting to stand trial for another home invasion robbery in Early County, Georgia.

One of the other suspects in last year's robbery near Abbeville has already pled guilty.
